The short version
We keep things simple: our free tools run entirely in your browser, we don't use tracking cookies or analytics, and the only personal data we hold is what you send us when you order a product.
What we collect
- Your free tools (invoice generator, pricing calculator): nothing is uploaded or stored by us — all calculations happen in your browser and are gone when you close the tab.
- Order emails: when you order the Starter Pack or Setup service, we receive your name, email address and any business details you include. We use these only to process your order, send payment details and deliver your files.
Google Fonts
This site loads its fonts (Fraunces and Inter) from Google's servers. When your browser fetches a font file, Google can see your IP address and which page you visited — that is the only data Google may receive from this site. We use no other third-party scripts.
No tracking
We currently use no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies of any kind. If we add them later, we'll say so here first.
How long we keep your data
Order details are kept for as long as needed to support your purchase and meet UK tax record-keeping requirements (generally 6 years), then deleted unless you contact us again.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@qwilverly.co.uk and we'll get back to you within 30 days.
